  2. Customer Responsibility
    The Customer is liable for the purchase of any opened or damaged packages caused by their own actions.

Italian Foods Service LTD shall not be held liable for any damage to persons or property occurring within its Cash & Carry premises, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

The Customer shall fully compensate any damage caused to Italian Foods Service LTD by themselves or their representatives.

  1. Contract Conclusion
    The submission of an order constitutes a contractual offer.

The order confirmation received via email constitutes acceptance.

Orders may be amended as long as they remain in the status of “ORDERED”.

Italian Foods Service LTD reserves the right to reject orders that are incomplete, incorrect, or submitted by Customers with outstanding debts or prior breaches.

  1. Online Service Rules
    Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Customer.

Italian Foods Service LTD guarantees proper storage of products until delivery or collection.

Liability for the condition of products after delivery is expressly excluded.

An adult representative of the Customer must be present at the time of delivery or collection.

  1. Order Requirements
    Each order must meet the minimum purchase amount.

Variable weight items may differ by up to 25% from the ordered quantity.

The final price will be calculated based on actual weight.

The Customer agrees to accept partial deliveries without compensation.

The courts of London (UK) or Dublin (Ireland) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, depending on the Customer’s location.

  1. Organisation, Management and Control Model
    The Customer acknowledges having read Italian Foods Service LTD’s Organisation and Control Model pursuant to applicable corporate governance regulations.

Failure to comply shall be deemed a material breach of contract.

  1. Amendments and Exceptions
    Any amendments must be agreed upon in writing.

New terms shall become binding upon publication on the website.

  1. Privacy
    Personal data will be processed in accordance with the attached privacy notice and relevant data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 (for UK Customers) or the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 (for Ireland).

  2. Final Provisions
