Shipping of Your Order

Shipping rates may vary depending on the recipient's location and/or the type of vehicle required for unloading.

Orders are typically dispatched within three to five (3–10) working days from receipt of payment, and shipped using the carrier selected by the Customer at the time of order confirmation.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen, the Customer will receive a tracking link to monitor the shipment status online.

Shipping charges include handling, packaging, and delivery costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport costs may vary based on the total weight and final destination of the goods. Customers are encouraged to consolidate items into a single order to optimise shipping efficiency and minimise costs.

All parcels are shipped at the Customer’s risk. Italian Foods Service LTD shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or delay occurring after the goods have been handed over to the courier, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Particular care is taken in the packaging of fragile goods. All parcels are packed in appropriately sized boxes to ensure adequate protection during transport.

The Customer is responsible for checking the external condition of the package upon delivery and reporting any visible damage or irregularity to the courier and to our Customer Service team within 3 (three) working days.
